FAQ

1 / What makes Bramble & Blossom an eco-friendly florist?

We are committed to sustainability by using 100% American-grown flowers, sourced from local farms as much as possible. We never use floral foam, and our packaging is made from recycled, compostable, or reusable materials. We also offer eco-friendly products and aim to reduce waste through practices like our vase buy-back program.

2 / Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Pittsburgh?

No, but we can assist you for the next day that we are open. Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. for next-day delivery. If you need urgent assistance, please call us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. The most options are available with 24 hours lead time, but we can usually accommodate a same-day request. If you need flowers today, our shop carries flowers Thursday - Saturday for easy pick-up and also has a fun bouquet bar where you can make your own arrangement.

3 / Can I customize my flower arrangement?

No, but that’s a good thing! All of our designs are done “designer’s choice,” which means you get the freshest, most beautiful blooms of the season, arranged by our talented team. We love surprising our customers with eco-friendly, seasonal creations that are sure to knock your socks off! You’re always welcome to share your favorite flowers or colors, but we can’t guarantee specifics—just trust us to make something amazing for you!

4 / Do you offer wedding or event floral services?

Yes, Bramble & Blossom is well-known for our wedding and event florals. Our wedding services are managed through our dedicated wedding floral design site, where you can explore our portfolio, book a consultation, and view sample pricing.

5 / Where do your flowers come from?

Our flowers are 100% American-grown, sourced from local farms when in season. We prioritize working with farms in Pennsylvania and surrounding regions to ensure that our blooms are fresh, sustainable, and eco-friendly. Even in dead of winter, we're sourcing local blooms from greenhouses in Butler and Mercer Counties! If things are too cold nearby to supply the quantities of flowers that our shop needs to serve you, we source from American flower farms on the West Coast (CA, OR, WA) and in the South (FL, NC, VA).

6 / Do you offer flower subscriptions?

Yes, we offer flower subscription services! You can choose from 4, 6, or 12 bouquets of fresh, seasonal blooms. Each arrangement is designed with seasonal, American-grown flowers that reflect the best of-the-moment blooms.

7 / What happens if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We’re confident you’ll love the flowers our designers choose, but we don’t offer refunds if you’re unhappy with the flower selection, color palette, or design style. When you order from us, you’re trusting our team to create something amazing with the best seasonal blooms available. That said, if you ever have concerns about the quality of your flowers, we want to know! Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

8 / How do I care for my flower arrangement to make it last longer?

To keep your flowers fresh, place them in clean water as soon as possible and change the water every two days. Trim the stems at an angle, and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. For specific care tips, we provide a card with each arrangement.

9 / Do you offer workshops or private events?

Yes, we regularly host floral design workshops, including seasonal themes, flower crown making, and DIY arrangements. You can also book private workshops for groups, perfect for team-building events, bridal showers, or a creative night out. Check our Workshops & Events page for details on upcoming classes.

10 / How can I make my flower delivery zero waste?

We offer several zero-waste options, including vase arrangements that can be returned through our buy-back program for a discount. We also use eco-friendly wraps made from recycled and compostable materials, and we encourage reusing or composting any packaging. Feel free to bring your own vase or another container from home. All our flowers are home compostable.
